Shipping and refunds

We deliver physical products to all EU countries, USA, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. The shipping is free. Shipping times are about 6-10 working days after the date of the received order. The delivery is realised using UPS, DPD or similar for parcels. In case of withdrawal of the contract, it is the customer who covers the direct costs of returning the product.

The returns are possible within 14 days after the date of delivery. The products are to be returned to:

If you are not happy with the digital product you purchased, you can submit a request for refund within 14 days.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
